As new business for self clients without a lot of Canadian History, we were concerned being able to buy a home. Walter was able to present our case and find a solution.  Recently we needed to refinance as we expanded our home and Walter again found us what we needed and brought us a rate that was below the going rate at the time.  We now have a fantastic mortgage.  Further, his knowledge has been very good, not only mortgages but he has been very helpful in dealing with our accountant in structuring our business financial statements.
